Returns Policy

Unwanted Items

  • You may return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be in a re-sellable condition.
  • All returns must include:
    • A valid receipt with tracking number. 
    • Your details and order reference number. 
  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • Items must be returned in protective packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are returned damaged or not in accordance with this policy.

Incorrect Items

  • Please check your order on delivery and notify us of any errors as soon as possible.
  • Some items may arrive in outer packaging that differs from the product description.
  • If you receive an incorrect item:
    • We will arrange collection of the incorrect item at a convenient time.

Refunds for Unwanted Items

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund provided they meet our return conditions.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Please allow a reasonable processing time after inspection.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can arrange a suitable solution.
  • All returned items are inspected.
    • If confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund.
    • If not deemed faulty, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
